I had to replace my 10-year old cover that I had bought in France. The sizing chart was spot on. The elastic belt to hold it on snugly is essential. In fact I used the old one as well for extra grip! Unfortunately, I don't use this as much as I thought I would, but not because anything is wrong with it. It's a great unit, I just use my laundry basket more. The only thing I don't like is the integrated ironing board, it works, but not having that front angle, makes ironing very difficult, it also is at a height that isn't comfortable for me ironing (and I'm only 5'5") so if you're buying it for that reason, I wouldn't. Although the Brabantia has been a product line I can rely on, this pad seemed cheaply made. Instead of a thick string, the string is so small I thought it would break when I tightened it. but it didn’t, perhaps it is a fine nylon. There is only one clip for the middle to hold the cover in place, which I found insufficient. I added two more with twill tape and now it fits snugly and will last a long time. i bought this along with a steamer and it works perfectly - it's the perfect size, actually quite large, and it folds up so it's easy to fold up and store away. it protected my comforter and worked like a charm - really great for me since i don't have space for a big ironing board..
