Exactly what we were looking for in this space. It took about 4 hours from box cutting to finish, directions were easy to follow, only had to backtrack once or twice to make sense of something that could have gone 2 ways (the rails). It folds out easily for one person, there is a drawer for pillows/blankets/sheets, and we got a 6" tri-fold memory foam mattress the folds right into the cabinet spot. I'm very happy with this bed. It slides away and unfolds very easily. It took a long time to put together, but the instructions were very clear and every piece lined up perfectly. Looks beautiful! Some parts came damaged but got replacements super quick with no problem. When putting together you have to take apart the metal sliding tracks to install. Only part I got stuck on. You have to slide it twice before you can see the latch to release the third part. Also beware the metal parts have oil goop in the crevices. Gets on your hands when sliding them apart but washes off easily. Will have to buy another mattress to go with the one provided. Personal preference but the mattress it comes with seems thin. Functional and looks nice in my office for overnight guests. My adult daughter slept on it and felt comfortable with the firm mattress. Sits a little low for me but it works!. Cassandra. Abington, PA. Wed Sep 09 2026

I'm a 71 year old female and I didn't have any trouble assembling it all by myself using an electric drill with Phillips head bit, a regular Phillips head screwdriver and a rubber mallet. I have assembled lots of furniture in my life so I was not intimidated. I purchased a 6" mattress for it and it feels comfortable when I lay on it to test it our. I plan to buy a memory foam mattress topper for it as well. It should be a nice option for overnight guests at the little lake place.. Linda. Dallas, TX. Wed Sep 09 2026

Very solid piece of furniture. Assembly directions were easy to follow. Took approximately two hours to assemble with two people. Did have to drill out a couple pre drilled holes that were blocked, but wasn’t a problem. Mattress is comfortable. Would recommend.. Elizabeth. Warrenton, VA. Fri Apr 10 2026
