Chew Resistant Pet Gates

A metal pet gate provides a secure and flexible solution for creating safe spaces throughout your home. Designed with a pressure-mounted frame, this adjustable cat gate fits openings from 21" to 34" wide and extends in height from 75" to 98". The narrow bar spacing helps keep curious cats safely contained, while the walk-through door allows convenient access for people. Its lightweight plastic accents and locking mechanism add everyday functionality. Plus, we love that this tall pet gate helps create a comfortable environment for pets and their families.

This is likely not what many people are using this skate for, but were doing it to help socialize our wonderful new dog with my two cats, one of them is not very dog savvy. When we tried to do this with a normal baby gate, she kept trying to launch herself over it so of course, he wanted to chase her. This was the most affordable option that I could find for something floor to ceiling that would allow them to become more familiar without the potential danger that an unexpected interaction could have caused. Ive been very happy with it. The socialization is going great, and there is no way that my cat can jump over this. Its also sturdier than I expected as the pup still likes to paw at it from time to time, with no issues so far. Its very easy to open and close. This is a great affordable option!. Katherine. Crafted from durable MDF, this 4-panel pet gate offers a stylish solution to keep your canine companion or furry friends contained while you're away. Not only does it ensure their safety, but it also injects a touch of charm into your living space.

Nice looking, well constructed, easy to use.. Monica. Knoxville, TN. Wed Sep 30 2026

I have a large doorway that Ive been wanting to block off, but its so wide Ive struggled to find a good solution. This gate is perfect! It is sturdy, no problems with wobbling or falling. The latch system is super easy to use, and it has a latch at the top and bottom, although we usually just use the top.. Niki. Cypress, TX. Sun Aug 02 2026

The 71" extra-high gate can prevent cats from jumping over the gate and also prevents children from climbing over it. The space between the fences is very narrow at 1.37 inches, which prevent puppies, kittens or children to squeeze through or get their heads stuck between the fences. And this safety gate is adjustable in width, making it possible to safely divide areas where pets or babies should not enter, such as kitchens, entrances, or staircases. It can be adjusted to fit the space, making it very convenient.

This gate worked extremely well for us when we needed a way to keep our 3 huge dogs (1 is 88 lbs) away from our contractors. Stayed firmly in place without being screwed into the wall and was very secure when you lower the little lever that locks it in place.. Rachel. New Braunfels, TX. Sat Aug 29 2026

Reminder: Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Important: Do not cut off the rolled strip before installation is complete! As a busy parent and pet owner, I was worried about my toddler crawling onto the stairs or my puppy darting through doorways. This pressure-mounted gate solved it all! Made of thick steel with 2-inch spacing, it securely blocks pets—tested to hold 180 lbs. The 180° two-way door opens automatically: under 90°, it swings shut; at 90°, it stays open. I can easily carry groceries and open it one-handed. The door width is adjustable, ranging from 29 to 109 inches, suitable for every different opening where you need a door sill. The double-lock keeps kids safe but lets adults open quickly. Best part? No drilling—I installed it without damaging walls.

This gate is so convenient. It serves its purpose, to keep puppies off my deck. Door is easy to open, just push the middle bar down. Door clicks close.. Anonymous. Sat Apr 25 2026

Very happy and impressed with this item.. Drew M. Sun May 17 2026

Perfect for use in doorways, hallways, kitchens, and stairs, is the perfect solution for keeping your home safe while allowing easy access for you and your pets.

Easy to install. I bought it to block the cat from going into my son’s bathroom (she likes to do her business in his shower drain…. not that that has anything to do with the gate lol) She could easily scale the 4’ fence so I bought this gate. It’s sturdy. Has some weight to it … doesn’t feel cheap. I put it up a year ago and no troubles at all. It was a great purchase.. Kelli. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

I really love this gate. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish it were a little taller. My cats figured out how to jump over it (straight from the ground), so I wish it were a little taller. We added a cardboard topper as a work around.. Jordyn. New Port Richey, FL. Sat Sep 19 2026

I absolutely love this gate! It’s tall and strong enough for my two big German Shepherds, keeping them safe durning renovation of 1935 home. This is nice, once its up. Could be a bit sturdier but will do. I dont think my cats will get out at least, would not recommend for mid to large sized dogs however. Also, Im going to be painfully honest and say that assembly is only for those who enjoy tough puzzles, as the picture only directions leave a lot to be desired!. Lisa Lorelle. Fountain, CO. Mon Sep 28 2026

Please measure the size before purchasing in order to buy the appropriate size of the door sill! Note: Don’t cut the zip tie until fully installed! Ensure a safer and more focused driving experience with our heavy-duty metal dog car barrier. Designed to securely confine your pets in the cargo area, it effectively prevents them from accessing the front seats, reducing distractions and enhancing road safety. Crafted from high-strength tubular with a sleek black powder-coated finish, this barrier is both durable and stylish. It features a tool-free, tension-mounted installation with rubberized ends to protect your vehicle's interior. Adjustable to fit a wide range of vehicles, it spans 34" to 60" in width and 30" to 50" in height, making it ideal for medium to large breeds. Maintain a clear view of the rear while keeping your pets safely in place during travel.

This is a sturdy barrier, that will help contain your pups in the cargo compartment of your SUV. It is easily assembled, and is pretty quiet during travel. Be sure to measure your cargo compartment to ensure proper sizing. I am convinced a determined dog can get through almost any barrier, but at least this one provides a solid deterrant for pups that are casually considering becoming co-pilots. The main issue with this, and most barriers, is that when assembled at the proper height (our cargo area height is 41”) there is a large (16” in our case) open space at the bottom of the barrier that could easily allow a mid-sized dog to get under the barrier. So if you have a smaller dog, you’ll have to come up with a way to block off that bottom gap to ensure your pup stays where you intend for it to stay. This is our second barrier over the years, and it is far superior to the first we used for our pups.. Christopher. Jarrettsville, MD. Wed Apr 30 2025

Our gate creates a safe playground for your baby and pets without danger.

I also like the lock, easy to open and close. You don’t need to make holes in the walls either!. Sherrie. Greeley, CO. Sun Aug 09 2026

I really like this acrylic door because I need to keep a cat in a certain area of my home. NOTICE:Please measure before purchasing to ensure proper fit. Important: Do not cut off the rolled strip before installation is complete! As a pet parent, I needed a gate that actually works. My clever Husky kept escaping flimsy gates, and my curious kitten almost got stuck in wide bars. This military-grade aluminum barrier solved it all. Its 1.37-inch spacing stopped my kitten’s head from slipping through, exceeding safety standards. When my 90lb Labrador charged the gate, the 4-point compression system held strong—no wall dents! I installed it in my hallway using modular extensions, then moved it to block the basement stairs. The 180° swing opens smoothly when I’m carrying groceries, and the magnetic latch snaps shut automatically. Now I sip coffee worry-free while my pets stay safely contained.
