Upon receipt of this item, I was disappointed, thee was no box, packaging or instructions.it just arrived in a clear ziploc in a mail bag…no paper with details of ANY KIND. The setup of it was quite confusing because it’s described as “retractable” ….however, that is NOT what it is…it is EXTENDABLE. I was intending to return it but I think I will keep it ..I won’t use it for daily walks as I intended…due to inability to retract..but am thinking I will use it occasionally (at fairs or when carrying things, need to be hands from while I have the boys (my two dogs with me)…I gave it four stars due to its convenience during occasional use and it’s sturdy construction.. A very well thought out piece and design for my Goldens play and exercise yard. It is sturdy painted and hardware is included for assembly. The hinges are already installed which makes it a little easier. The gravel areas on the ramps and deck are a very nice touch. It would have been really nice if an outdoor waterproof varnish had been added as this piece is large and hard to move about and will be outdoors in all weather conditions.
