I chose the largest size option in gray. It did not come with directions but assembly is straightforward. After connecting the 8 poles insert two on each side that creates the tent. And that is all there is to assembly. I have a chihuahua that fit just right with a small bed. I am glad that I did not choose a smaller size this is the perfect size and fit for what I am using it for, a traveling crate just for sleeping over night. Very good quality.
