Its made of plastic and its a true black color. The door swings both ways. It is sectioned off from the entrance to the sleeping area. I just need to get a cat bed in there. This is for outdoor so yay! The material is right. It comes together in minutes. Not a fan of the poor ventilation for hot days and not a fan of how the front door latches on. It doesnt seem secure enough. Wish the front door clicked in but otherwise it is acceptable and works with our patio furniture. Taimane. US. Fri Sep 04 2026

Absolutely terrible, this looked nothing like the image of the product on the website. The middle portion was just a piece of woven fabric instead of sisal. On top of that I received an open product that was missing pieces, dirty from being stepped on and with no packaging. The color also didnt match. I reported this to wayfair.. Chritiana. Phoenix, AZ. 【Extra Plush Comfort Pad Included】 Unlike stiffer alternatives, this cat bed includes a removable, exceptionally soft plush cushion—delivering enhanced comfort and warmth. Perfect for cats who enjoy curling up in plush, cushioned spaces.

Finally, a solution for my cat who wants to be near me when I’m working at my desk and me who needs all the desk space I can get. I tried a window bed. Nope. I took a chance on this adjustable shelf bed and he loves it. He even purred because he was so happy to be close to me. I just set it up and he has spent the last couple of hours in it. It looks like I’ve found a winner for both of us.. Myriam. Sat Sep 19 2026

BTE, it was well-packed and arrived quickly. My husband had it assembled in less than ten minutes and the boys milled around him while he put the legs on. I plan to put it in a sunny spot upstairs and not with all the other cat toys, but these pics were so cute I just had to post ASAP. The enclosed design effectively conceals the litter box, reducing odors and maintaining a neat appearance. Sleek, practical, and space-saving, this cat litter box furniture blends seamlessly with home décor in living rooms, balconies, or patios.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to build. You do need a screwdriver for the door handles which is a little silly considering the rest of the pieces just click together. It is STURDY, I misaligned the one door and it took some serious muscle to get it apart. Given that the item is for cats who are notorious for chaos, I think that’s a good thing. The doors on the front are nice and secure, no swinging open and the side flaps for the litter box access are easy to use. My cat was swatting them before I had even finished the build. The material will be easy to clean and seems like it’ll hold up well. Definitely a good piece of functional furniture!. Corinne. Middletown, DE. Thu Jul 30 2026

My cats and I love this beautiful, comfy Dakota Fields rattan cat bed! Our 10-month old kittens, Linus and Samwise, ran up and into it the second I unboxed it. Well, Linus got in, and Sam wanted to join him! Now the bed is on our cat shelves, and our 12-year old Flame Point Siamese mix Oscar sleeps in it every morning after breakfast. I took the pic of him curled up and sleeping deeply as I was writing this review. Oscar is almost 13 lbs, and Linus is about 11 lbs, and they both fit very well. I do not see how anyone could find this bed too small. Both Linus and Sam fit last week, though they are not full grown yet. Linus, the white and tabby cat, also likes it when Oscar is not there first. The pillow is very large for a cat pillow, but they seem to like it now. The bed is very sturdy and well-made, so it is definitely another Wayfair win for the entire household.. Lee. Pullman, WA. Sat Aug 08 2026

Absolutely adorable, comfortable, and even better in person! I am so pleased with this little pet sofa! I originally purchased it because I thought the design was absolutely adorable, but after receiving it and seeing my dog actually use it, I’m even happier with it than I expected to be. The bed is made to look like a tiny couch, and the details are just precious. The little striped fabric, the raised cushioned arms, the backrest, the cute eyes, and the orange accent pieces give it so much personality. It honestly looks like a miniature piece of furniture instead of just a regular pet bed. It is one of those pet items that is cute enough that you really don’t mind having it sitting out in your living room or bedroom. More importantly, my dog seems genuinely comfortable in it. She settled right into the bed and looks so cozy resting against the cushioned side. The raised edges are especially nice because they give her something to lean her head and body against, which she clearly enjoys. The seating area is roomy enough for her to stretch out a little while still having that snug, secure feeling that many dogs and cats seem to love. The cushioning feels soft and supportive rather than completely flat or flimsy. I also really like that the sides and back give the bed some structure. It feels much more substantial than some inexpensive pet beds that lose their shape almost immediately. Even after my dog has been lying in it, it still maintains the cute little sofa appearance. The color is also very pretty. The soft green and cream stripes are subtle and attractive and blend nicely with normal home décor. It doesn’t have that overly bright or cartoonish appearance that some novelty pet beds can have. Even though it is whimsical, it still looks surprisingly nice sitting with my other furniture and blankets. One thing I would mention is that it may not arrive looking quite as perfectly shaped and full as the advertising photo right out of the package. Mine needed a little fluffing and arranging, which is understandable with something soft that has been packaged and shipped. Once I straightened it out and let the cushions expand, it looked much better. Personally, that wasn’t a problem for me at all. Seeing my dog curled up in her own little couch has made this purchase completely worth it. It is comfortable, functional, incredibly cute, and has quickly become one of her favorite places to relax. I would definitely recommend it for a small dog or cat, especially if you’re looking for something that provides a cozy sleeping spot while also being fun and decorative. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. It is every bit as cute as I hoped it would be, my dog seems to love it, and I smile every time I see her sitting in her own little chair. Definitely a five-star purchase for us!. Dana. Amarillo, TX. Sun Sep 06 2026

Just the Right Size – Appropriate for most cats, small dogs, and other small pets to curl up and rest comfortably.

It is super cute! but small so check measurements. The arms can fold down somewhat to make it slightly larger. I have a 20 lb and a 15lb cat. The 20 pounder i knew wouldnt fit as to be expected. The 15 pounder might have fit but he is super fluffy so no go. The 10 pounder is scared of everything so he wouldnt get on to sample it for a pic. But I do loveit!. Anonymous. Sat Sep 19 2026
