Its easy-to-use crank lift system and elegant color make it an ideal addition to any outdoor space, enhancing both comfort and aesthetics

Excellent value and so far great quality with this beautiful umbrella. I do fold it down after every use avoid using it in tilt mode in any moderate wind. It needs a secure base or itll be like a kite in a good wind. 25lb iron base wasnt enough, but with an iron table around its center its fine. Its easy to crank openclose but a bit of strength helps with tiltuntilt. It has a sturdy aesthetically pleasing strap with clasp attached for containment purposes. The stripes are lovely, but I do think the ivory brings out the blue to the black so its more of like a very deep midnight shade. The material and stitching where the umbrella meets each spoke are reinforced securely with a plastic sort of endcap, which is nice for durability. I recommend this umbrella.. Tj. Texas. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so pleased with the high quality construction of my California Umbrella Golden State 9” patio umbrella. It’s absolutely stunning in with the black canopy and stone black pole and I can wait for Spring to set this up on my backyard patio that we have just re-landscaped and extended the landing beyond the covered patio where my new outdoor dining table and new patio umbrella will be placed. I picked black, because it matches the trim and paint of our covered patio and I’m so excited! I tested out this umbrella and it’s easy to open / close and the tilt feature works great, and it will be nice to be able to adjust the position as needed in the direct afternoon sun this area gets. Between wind, rain, and scorching sunlight, there are plenty of things that can degrade your shade umbrella’s quality and leave you without protection during the hottest months of the year. If you're looking for a market patio umbrella that can withstand the elements, you'll want one with fiberglass ribs and an aluminum pole. The fiberglass ribs are flexible, so they will not snap as easily on windy days. Meanwhile, the aluminum center pole is both lightweight and strong to provide the support to hold aloft the canopy and its eight ribs. When in use, the umbrella’s ribs can be eased open by turning the crank centered on the pole, and the collar tilt mechanism lets you tilt the canopy for angled shade. Plus, the beautiful fabric is composed of Pacifica fibers, a house blend of solution dyed polyester material backed by a 4-year warranty to resist staining, mildew, and fading. With the power to block out the light so you're cool in the shade and safe from sunburns, umbrellas are essential additions to any alfresco ensemble. Take this one for example: designed to live outdoors, it is constructed from weather-resistant materials that don't mind UV light beaming down or rainstorms rolling through. This design is an easy fit for any deck or patio, just pair it with a base to keep it anchored or let it occupy the opening in your dining table.

Looks great! It has a pulley system to open the umbrella not a crank, so it takes a bit of effort to open up. I have had cranks stop working on previous umbrellas, so, hopefully, this will last longer. Provides great shade. Venting seems to help it stay sturdy in the wind.. Anonymous. Littleton, CO.
