I bought two of these and the orange one came through nicely. Ready to go. The yellow one had a glitch with the finial on top. It was bent. They replace the whole pole but we have yet to put the canvas on it. But they were very cooperative. Of course. Wayfair always is very helpful. So once we put the yellow awning on we will be good to go. It is this Sunbrella fabric so we shall see how it holds up. They are brand new so fading or staining has not occurred. Our last sunbrella umbrella was great for many years and the crank and the rope broke but the canvas looked wonderful.. Debbie. Grand Rapids, MI. Thu Sep 26 2024

I really like it mainly because I like the umbrella, name and quality. However, it looks a little faded, but I’m afraid to ship back because I’ve waited a long time to receive it. So I’m not particularly happy about that and it would be nice if I got a little something back for it. I probably would replace it if it didn’t take so long to receive it and I’m afraid they may charge me to return it, which I don’t agree to that policy at all. However, all in all, I will give it five stars because like I said, I do like this umbrella, quality and namebrand product last time I purchased before in the past.. Mischelle. Greensboro Nc.
