Ok, first off the umbrella is huge which is great. It covers a whole lot of shade. A few screws were missing and the stand it comes with is not very good. I had to hold the umbrella for pictures as it kept tilting and falling to the ground if not held by someone. It was easy to assemble and the material seems to be made of good quality material. I just need to figure out a way to make it stay in place. I think it will serve its purpose but definitely plan to buy a better stand or sand bags.. Bogdan. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

This umbrella, which I bought in Terracotta, matched exactly an older umbrella that had been given to me years ago. The two of them give the perfect amount of shade I needed for a sitting area. The Jelks umbrella is sturdy and well-made and has stood up to some wind, but not a lot because it's right next to the house. I would buy it again.. Pamela. Santa Monica, CA. Mon Oct 26 2026

Between the wind, rain, and scorching sunlight, there are plenty of things that can degrade your shade umbrella’s quality and leave you without protection during the hottest months of the year. If you're looking for a market patio umbrella that can withstand the elements, you'll want one with fiberglass ribs and an aluminum pole. The fiberglass ribs are flexible, so they will not snap as easily on windy days.
