With inbound summer weather promising a blazing sun and merciless heat on many cloudless days, one reaction might be to cancel all outdoor plans and stay indoors; however, the party can always go on with this exciting California Umbrella cantilever design! The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. This cantilever umbrella features a pedal at the base of its aluminum frame that enables you to rotate the umbrella 360 degrees, ensuring more coverage for your outdoor space. A sturdy cross base for the umbrella can either be bolted to the ground or weighted with pavers for stability from wind and weather. When the heat of summer has passed and shade is no longer needed, the canopy can be tied closed and the included protective cover pulled tight over it to defend it from fading and the elements. This umbrella also features Sunbrella fabrics, which are built on a foundation of solution-dyed acrylic yarn, the most resilient and solid material for prolonged sun exposure, to offer an even longer color retention rating than competing material sources. With this umbrella featured prominently in your backyard space, you will not need to worry about canceled summer get-togethers and parties, so order one today and invite some guests to enjoy summer’s outdoor beauty!

Love both of the umbrellas! They’ve transformed our patio.. Kim. Palmetto Bay, FL. Mon Jul 27 2026

This cantilever umbrella provides ample shade and a touch of modern style to your outdoor space. The octagonal canopy is made from Olefin, which is resistant to weather, water, UV rays, rust, stains, wind, mold, and mildew. The curved black metal pole and aluminum ribs offer a sleek look and support the canopy with ease. A crank lift mechanism makes opening and closing the umbrella a breeze, while the 360° rotation angle ensures you can adjust the shade throughout the day. For best results, spot clean and store indoors or cover when not in use.

Great umbrella especially for the price. So glad I found this amazing deal.. Louis. Thu Sep 03 2026

This double-sided patio umbrella offers ample shade for your outdoor space, making it an ideal choice for warm weather conditions or whenever you need some extra coverage. The anti-UV canopy provides maximum sun protection and blocks harmful UV rays. Measuring super wide 13ft x 8 ft in diameter, it features a crank lift mechanism for easy opening and closing. The powder-coated black pole and beige canopy create a sleek look that complements any outdoor setting.

This umbrella is amazing for the price! It is huge!!!! It has such good coverage! It took us 15 minutes to build and was very simple. The methodology is that you put two big sandbags on the bottom so it is sturdy and then they have a fabric that you cover the base with so you don’t see the bags which make this really flawless and beautiful. My only issue with this is that the color of the umbrella fabric is much darker than it showed in the picture. Besides for that I love this and I can’t wait to utilize this in my backyard!!. Ariella. Boca Raton, FL. Mon Apr 06 2026

This adjustable 10-foot cantilever umbrella and heavy-duty fillable umbrella base comes with everything you need to set up your outdoor living area. This UV-resistant piece is made with durable steel ribs and polyester fabric that's resistant to mildew, water, and UV rays. The crank mechanism makes it easy to open up this patio umbrella, allowing you to open and close at your convenience. Plus, it's easy to keep this umbrella in place with the included universal umbrella base stand, which can be filled with either sand or water to help keep it in place.

Great cantilever umbrella. Feels large and shades a good amount of area. Feel like it was a good value for the money.. Melinda. Winlock, WA. Thu May 07 2026

Transform your outdoor space with our 15FT x 9FT double-sided patio umbrella. Designed to create 135 sq. ft. of cool, comfortable shade, it easily covers your dining set or lounge area—perfect for BBQs, poolside relaxation, family gatherings, and commercial spaces. The vented canopy improves airflow and stability, while the heavy-duty base and sandbags provide reliable wind resistance up to 40+ mph. Built with premium UPF 30+ polyester, it blocks harmful UV rays, is waterproof, fade-resistant for up to 3 years, and built to last. Effortless one-hand crank operation, a sturdy steel pole, reinforced ribs, and safety pin make this umbrella both convenient and durable. Ideal for patios, decks, pools, and gardens, it combines style and strength to enhance every outdoor moment.

I got this 15 ft patio umbrella from Wayfair because I needed serious shade for my backyard, and honestly, it does exactly what I needed it to do. The size is impressive. It covers a large area really well, especially over a patio table, chairs, and part of the surrounding yard. In Florida sun, that matters. This is not a tiny decorative umbrella pretending to help. It actually creates a usable shaded space. The umbrella itself looks really nice once it is up. The neutral color works well with my yard and patio setup, and it has a clean, simple look without feeling cheap or flimsy. I also like the double-sided design because it gives much better coverage than a standard round patio umbrella. The crank handle makes opening and closing it pretty straightforward once everything is assembled and standing. That said, this thing is heavy. Very heavy. That is good in the sense that it feels sturdy, but you should absolutely expect some effort when setting it up. I was able to get it together, but getting it upright was not exactly a delicate one-person activity. I would strongly recommend having two people, especially when lifting the umbrella into place and getting it stabilized. This is not something you casually pop up while holding an iced coffee in the other hand unless you are secretly training for a patio furniture strongman competition. The base is also important. Because the umbrella is so wide, you really need to make sure it is properly weighted and positioned, especially if you live somewhere windy or stormy. I would not leave it open during bad weather. Overall, I am happy with this umbrella. It gives a ton of shade, looks good in the yard, and feels sturdy once it is set up. Just know ahead of time that it is large, heavy, and much easier to manage with two people. For the amount of coverage it provides, though, I think it is worth it.. Shauna. Tampa, FL. Please note: Umbrella stands are sold separately. It's a nice colour but not orange in my opinion so it doesn't match other orange decor. It's much closer to red and I wonder if it was boxed wrong. Seems decent quality but hard to say in less than a week's use. I family member put it together when I was away and Wayfair still offered to return it as didn't meet description. I increased it a star for great customer service.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 23 2026

For six years Canora Grey® has been manufacturing the strongest natural parasols in the world made out of laminated bamboo, supplying some of the most prestigious hotels, drink companies, restaurants and retailers in over 30 different countries. Ordered 2, 1 came with small holes in the fabric and dirty (probably used). I believe these are commercial grade umbrellas so they are high quality (other than the damage). Also ordered 2 umbrella stands which were also drop shipped from the same company. These also arrived damaged and one had paperwork in the box that showed it had been returned from a country club (the metal components were completely bashed in) Wayfair responded immediately saying a new umbrella and new stands will be shipped to us. In the meantime, my husband had to repair the stands to the best of his ability so we can use them for a party (reason we ordered them), because replacements will not arrive in enough time. It has been a week and a half and I have received no notification that any replacements have or will ship.. Christine. OH. Mon Jul 15 2019

Very impressed by the high quality and craftsmanship that was put into this gorgeous umbrella! Make sure to purchase the umbrella stand at the same time, you need a super strong base that will hold an 11 foot umbrella and the width of the pole 2” diameter. I was lucky to find one locally. Extremely pleased with my purchase.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 22 2020
