The combination of premium finishes and brass ensures corrosion resistance and durability. Air injection technology provides consistently strong rain showers, even under low water pressure. It will be the perfect choice for your bathroom

I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. I replaced the shower head with a name-brand shower head ($) and all else is still well.. Launa. Van Nuys, CA. Fri Nov 14 2025

My clients are in love with the casainc shower system. We had some challenges with the way they were packed and had to receive several replacements. The foam between the shower head and the valve is insufficient. The weight of the valve crushed the foam, resulting in the shower head getting scratched . It took 3 replacements to finally get one without scratches.. Latanga. Decatur, GA. Thu Jun 12 2025

UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. For something used daily, the finish should last far longer — very disappointing and not worth the investment.. Jacqueline. Rodney, ON. Tue Jan 06 2026
