I absolutely love the chairs, they seem sturdy and are stylish! The only reason I gave them a four star was because four of my chairs came with missing screws and four missing cushions! I ordered six chairs total. Two chairs I paid full price and four of the chairs were on sale “open box price“ I would have bought six full price chairs but they were sold out and my only option was to buy four chairs at the “open box price“. I chatted with Wayfare and they could not send me 4 matching cushions because they did not have anymore. They were apologetic and gave me a 204 credit. While I understand that buying the chairs on sale might not be in perfect condition, I wasn’t also expecting to have them missing cushions since the cushion is a big part of the chair. I did not want to send the chairs back because I really do like them and will just now purchase six new cushions for them. Going forward I would not recommend buying “open box price” items. As the other reviewers state, the chairs are definitely a grey/white look instead of tan, but that's exactly what I wanted. I love these chairs! They're comfortable, sturdy, and seem to hold up well in some serious weather. I did receive two mismatched cushions, however.
