Got this as an open box set and it seems sturdy and well made. There were a few small scratches on one of the arms, but don't effect the structure at all. Fast forward to present day and I've just received a third set of 2 chairs because after enlarging our deck we finally have room enough for a table and because these chairs have stood up so well we decided to not buy a dining set and, instead, just buy a new table to go with these chairs. The only downside so far is that the original chairs' cushions are lighter now than the last pair of chairs we bought. I'm not sure if it is the same fabric or if they have faded in the sunlight. These are pretty nice chairs. They fit around my glass top table very well. Assembly isnt too hard and it doesnt take that long. The gray cushions that come with these chairs are okay, but you can see in my picture that I have new custom cushions. These also arrived packed really well, no damage or missing parts.
