The chairs look great but there were a few issues: We ordered these in "natural" but what we got was "teak" (more reddish and not even a choice when we ordered). We purchased these at the end of the season when stock was low, and actually like the teak, so all is well. There are several reviews about about "reasonably intelligent" people having difficulties assembling these... and you can count us as two more. The instructions are fairly straightforward but getting the first step wrong can turn the process into a HUGE headache if the left and right connectors aren't positioned correctly (you might get lucky on your first try, but we didn't, and had to take everything apart, figure out the problem, and start over). The key is to make sure the gray rubber pad on each connector ends up on the BACK of the chair rear leg. Fortunately, we were cautious after reading about frustrations in previous reviews so only had to reassemble one chair. You'll be happy with the results if you get everything in the right place. Photos are attached showing the correct placement of the connectors (we wish the instructions showed this).. Ingrid. Fort Collins, CO. Wed Oct 14 2026

Easy to put together and sturdy. I think the cushions are fine for an outdoor chair, some of the reviews look like they have the wrong cushion on the bottom. Buy them!. Ciara. Saint Petersburg, FL. Wed Oct 07 2026

I’m giving this 4 stars because it’s exactly as promised but—for the cost and quality, I’d rather go out and pick something up that doesn’t need building. I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026

Very stylish and easy to put together. Overall, the chairs feel really sturdy. The seat pad is pretty firm, and to get the back pillow to work, you need to adjust it to your back. Five based on look, four based on comfort, and overall value.. Christine. California. Tue May 05 2026

Settle into Trama, an outdoor dining chair built on a soft matte-beige aluminum frame. The fabric-wrapped backrest is woven in an open, strap-style design, the weave that gives Trama its name. A gently contoured seat cushion is full yet trim, offering lasting support without bulk. The cushion is wrapped in a soft neutral solution-dyed acrylic that is fade-resistant, mildew-resistant, and bleach-cleanable. The matte-beige aluminum is rust-free and built for sun and rain. Clean, structured lines suit modern terrace and garden dining. Sold as a set of two; arrives fully assembled.

I am very happy with this set of two outdoor dining chairs from Wayfair! They are even prettier in person, and I love the earthy cream color. It is such a lovely, neutral shade that will coordinate with my other outdoor furniture. One thing that attracted me to them in the first place is that they are different from the same old design of most outdoor furniture. Something necessary for my use is the rust-free, powder-coated aluminum frame. Living in Florida, I know how important it is to have outdoor furniture that can stand up to our humid climate without rusting. The chairs are very attractive, with an open, woven strap design on the backrest and sides. Not only does this give them a stylish, airy appearance, but it also makes them surprisingly comfortable. The seats are nicely cushioned without making the chairs feel overly heavy or bulky. Another wonderful feature is the fabric. It can even be cleaned with bleach, which is pretty amazing for outdoor furniture fabric. The back pillows have zippers, so the covers can be removed for washing. The chairs arrived completely assembled. Each chair came in its own box, and all I had to do was take them out of the packaging. No tools, no confusing instructions, and no assembly challenge. Overall, I think these chairs are a beautiful and comfortable addition to my outdoor dining area. I will probably keep them in a covered area of my yard rather than leave them exposed to the elements all the time because they are just too nice to leave outside unprotected. I am very pleased with this purchase and would absolutely give these chairs five stars.. Marge. Stuart, FL. Sun Oct 11 2026
