I needed lightweight stacking chairs to keep in a safe protected place so they don't get dirty because I use them to add to my table when I have more than four guests dining with us at our round dining table. I've used these chairs in the past around my lap pool -- but I needed a new set of four to remain in pristine shape so I could pull them into the dining room without having to wipe off suntan lotion (!) or dust from blowing wind. These are comfortable, easy to move around and stylish. The arms are beneficial because we like to have long dinner-time conversations and resting your arms on the armrests means you'll stay longer after dinner and enjoy coffee and dessert before heading home.. I'm so disappointed! When I tried to take the chairs out of the box it kept resisting so I turned the box over and the bottom chair had all four legs sticking out! I pulled the bottom chair out and didn't even have to unwrap the chair because the first thing I saw was scratches on the front of the arm. The box is flimsy and other than the thin paper wrapped around the chairs, there is absolutely no padding in the box. Horrible packaging. I'll contact customer service and see how they'll handle this issue. Update...Customer service was wonderful and sent me a replacement set. That box was delivered in worse shape than the first box. Contacted customer service again...I ended up taking the best of 8 chairs and the other four were returned at no cost to me and they even picked it up from my home. The chairs are well built, sturdy but light in weight. The armrests are real teak wood, beautiful and cool to the touch in the sun. The picture is right on with the color, they are taupe. Not having to assemble the chairs is worth paying the extra money right there. My only suggestion is that they need to change the way they ship these chairs.. Julie. Las Vegas, NV. Sat May 16 2026
