I think I have purchased over 24 of these chairs. We love them. They hold up great. They can hold up to 350lbs. This makes it nice for our heavier guests. The last two had a defective part. These swivel sling patio armchairs arrived well packaged. I thought it was going to be an easy assembly until I unpacked a bag full of unorganized hardware. That was disappointing as I felt I wasted fifteen minutes sorting screws, bolts, washers, etc… and trying to figure which ones were what “letter” on the assembly instructions. The assembly instructions were graphs only and a little hard to follow. There was a lot of frustration with tightening some of the screws and several screws got stripped which made it difficult to fully tighten parts of the chairs with the Allen wrench (that was provided). I ended up needing assistance on some parts of the assembly and it took a couple of hours to assemble the two chairs. Overall, the chairs are very comfortable and swivel easily.
