Bought this lamp post to match my garage lights. Overall it looks good. My only complaint is that the glass is FROSTED not clear. It looks clear on the website but it’s not, it’s frosted. The item was received in a timely manner. The base was smaller than the original base that had been broken and needed replaced. I had to drill new holes in the concrete to secure the post base. The gauge of the steel is stronger than my old post. Of 25 years. I think the bottom joke should be lower and have a grommet for wire protection it is a challenge to get wiring for outlet and photo sensor and power feed and fixture. Luckily a 3 inch pipe makes it. The cross bar is way too loose in pole holes and is plastic, used to be a good fit metal. Try and get silicone neatly around it to hold in place. I ordered the pole with this lantern and I love it. It does not come with a bulb. I suggest using an aquarium type long skinny bulb. It looks great. Again make sure your pole has the mounting kit as I had to pay my electrician to come back after I had to order the kit.
