It works, but you have to be intentional about how you mount it. All three joints move in a single direction, so don’t assume you will have the ability to change the direction later on. This sconce is really pretty and super easy to install. All of the hardware is included and the shade arrives rolled up. You’ll need to supply your own standard e26 bulb. This was a nice replacement for the original builder grade light we had, it comes with cord attached to utilize as desk lamp but easy to remove and wire to the wall if you have experience.
