This fan looks pretty close to how it is pictured in the description. The rope is a little bit more flimsy than shown. However, it is really nice and looks easy to assemble. This small fan is only 10" in height, which is very space-saving. It is manufactured with a high-quality DC motor and ultra-thin tri-color temperature LED light. This fandolier is a great choice to replace the full size ceiling fan that I had up before. The bedroom is small, so the size is great. I love the color of the wood, and the fact that it has wood look blades. My grandson had it installed in under half an hour. I did get bulbs for it, but I dont care for the look, and the blades actually hit the round shaped bulbs. So I will need to find different shaped bulbs that are not too bright, because I dont really like it too bright in the bedroom. I am so happy with this purchase. It looks perfect in this room.. This ceiling fan is so beautiful! It exceeded my expectations in size quality of construction and aesthetics. The fan is a nice weight not too heavy not too light and the metal is a superior quality and coded so that it will be easy to maintain and clean. The fan blades I believe are plastic but they kind of feel like wood! Installation is a bit tricky though for us since I have to have an electrician come and put a new box in the ceiling,,but we can’t wait to get it completely installed. We tested with alternative power and it’s very quiet and runs smooth. It comes with a remote control which adds to the ease of turning off and on. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase..
