I passed on buying the butcher knife because it’s only 8 inch. This kit came up on sale, I bought it for myself as a Christmas present. We had prime rib for Christmas. I cut the red roast with the knife, it was superb. So I bought a whole boneless pork loin and cut into chops. It failed at this task.
