Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Each pan has hanging loops for easy storage, and they're also stackable to save space in your cupboards.

It is so light I can pick it up with one hand. My other cast iron and enamel cast iron pans are too heavy to handle that easily. The surface is smooth like stainless, but it has the even cooking temps that cast iron is know for. I notice that it does heat up faster that standard cast iron (maybe since it is lighter weight) so you need to adjust the heat down and it does not take as long to get to smoke point. If you actually know how to cook and know how to control heat you will love this pan!. Anonymous. Mon Jul 27 2026
