I'm delighted with my new stockpot set, (having waited to the age of 55 to own such a luxury, I researched for a few weeks before deciding on BergHOFF Dina) We had a neighborhood soup party and I also found them perfect for making demi glaze. I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. Great even cooking...no hot spots, even when soups remain over flame for 12+ hours.....demi glaze, more than 24 hours.......AND they look beautiful. Please consider making a 15-16 quart. The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem. This inexpensive 4 piece carbon steel set of cook ware was a pleasant surprise. They are light weight and cook evenly. The first thing I cooked was an over easy egg, which didn't stick and cooked perfectly. I put the set in the dishwasher and they cleaned perfectly with no signs of rust, some of the handles did retain water inside them which was a negative for me. Assembly of the handles was required so I checked that I had securely tightened them and they were tight.
