We bought this set to use on our new induction cooktop. In two weeks of use now, I’m finding that they clean up well as long as we let the pans cool down completely before washing them. This is a very nice set of pans and pots. Love how light weighted they are yet feel strong and good quality. The green color is pretty, although much darker than I expected.
