Assembly takes about 10 minutes. It was self explanatory. The set came with dividers to protect them from scratches while they are stored away. They also brought silicon handle covers which are heat-resistant, non-slip, which allow you to safely move hot pots or pans. I am planning to cook a lot using these amazing pans. I included a video here to show if they really were non-stick pans. I failed my own test for not following the directions of the User Manual. So after trying to fry an egg and finding out it got stuck on the pan, I read the cooking instructions, and guess what I discovered First, you need to wash and season the pans before use. The manual explains that seasoning the pans, will not only help for food not to stick, but it also prolongs the pan’s service life. To season them, you need to apply one teaspoon of vegetable oil using a paper towel. Heat pan to 300F in medium to low heat for 3 minutes. Let it cool before wiping excess.
