Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last. So far this set is great! I didn't realize when I got it that it says it's for low to medium heat and suggests use under 450 degrees.
