Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability. This is a great product for the money. It is not heavy duty but serves the purpose of light cooking.. David. Silver Creek, GA. Mon Mar 16 2026

High-performance Stainless: Stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors. Perfect for a variety of cooking techniques.

Awesome! Last set of Cuisinart lasted 15yrs. Love your sales! Well, what I thought was a good deal, is not!!! My stainless steel cookware is pitting and I am not very happy. Says that there's a 30 day return policy. I understand, but the pitting in the cookware shouldn't be happening when the cookware is this new. We have a gas stove but do not cook at a high temp. Please let me know what you can do to assist me in this matter. I would be happy with a credit to Wayfair and then find another cookware set. Thank you for your time.. Faye. Owatonna, MN.
