I love silpat! Been using the classic flat ones for years as well as gift them over the years. When I saw they came out with their on line of pans, I ordered one. And then another… After all these years, we purchased and renovated our new home to have a dreamy kitchen and I started baking more and more. So I decided to order a new silpat pan each month and learn new recipes. Well i have not used any of my old metal cupcake, loaf or other pans for in a long time! Decided to try the black, metal, baking sheet/cooling rack silpat made for the pans. and wow! So again, each month added another until I had four. enough to keep baking goods rotate pans in and out utilizing the space! The storage boxes for pans are brilliant and protect them and make it easy to grab which pan is needed. My favorite are the mini loaf pans to make banana bread and other muffibs in then freeze them. The clean up is so easy, no need to oil the pans and removal is quick and clean. They literally pop out with a finger push from the bottom of the each pan.
