Our Silpat™ Mini Loaf mold is an easy-to-use 9-hole baking tray that will help you bake perfectly shaped mini loaf bread and more! No need to use butter, oils, or sprays on this made-in-France 11 5/8" x 15 3/4" tray: the non-stick coating allows your creations to pop out easily and evenly. The good dimensions are 3.9" x 2.3" x 1.1": a great size for your creations. Although hand washing is the preferred method of cleaning, you can also place the mold in the dishwasher. Once dry, just put it away... et voilà! Our mold is microwave safe and can also go in the freezer. Its heat resistance ranges from -40°F to 500°F. It is also reusable and very durable.
