• Our Silpat™ Madeleine Mold is an easy-to-use 16 Hole Baking Tray that will help you bake perfectly shaped madeleines! No need to use butter, oils or sprays on this Made in France 11 5/8" x 15 3/4" tray: the non-stick coating allows your creations to pop out easily and evenly.
• The well dimensions are 3" x 1 3/4" x 3/4": great size for delicious madeleines.
• Although hand washing is the preferred method of cleaning, you can also place the mold in the dishwasher. Once dry, just put it away... et voilà!
• Our mold is microwave safe and can also go in the freezer. Its heat resistance ranges from -40°F to 500°F.
• It is also reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone allows you to use it countless times.
