Our Silpat™ Madeleine Mold is an easy-to-use 16 Hole Baking Tray that will help you bake perfectly shaped madeleines! No need to use butter, oils or sprays on this Made in France 11 5/8" x 15 3/4" tray: the non-stick coating allows your creations to pop out easily and evenly.
The well dimensions are 3" x 1 3/4" x 3/4": great size for delicious madeleines.
Although hand washing is the preferred method of cleaning, you can also place the mold in the dishwasher. Once dry, just put it away... et voilà!
Our mold is microwave safe and can also go in the freezer. Its heat resistance ranges from -40°F to 500°F.
It is also reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone allows you to use it countless times.
Avoid using sharp utensils, this will damage the mold and will make it unusable.
