Ultra non-stick: everything just slides right off the pan Gotham steel weighs less than frying pans of comparable sizes!

I opened box as soon as I received this beautiful pots and pans. I read all the information and followed instructions for use. I like the idea of not having to use oil and if course it says non stick spray is not recommended. It says to use a bit of oil for the first use then your food should cook without having to add butter or oil. It also says to cook on low to medium heat, which is what we are accustomed. My husband used the frying pan to cook eggs and I asked not use oil nonstick spray since I had already had used with oil. He was very disappointed with pan taking to ong to heat and eggs did not slide off as the commercials on TV or as it say on use instructions. We bought new as our Calphalon Space-Saving Hard adonized non-stick pots and pans have been with us for twenty years. Although I like the pots and pans, I believe the price is too much even on sale. Our Caphalon cost 99.00 on sale. So I will keep the dishes, I dont recommend paying the price paid. Wayfair thank you for the good customer service.
