Chocolate Fondue Sets

For centuries, cooks have taken advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Staub builds on this tradition with our enameled cast iron cookware. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising, and roasting. Colorful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant and dishwasher safe. Made in France.

Fondue is an event, and this is the whole event in one box. The Alva Nori 2-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Fondue Set arrives with the pot, the burner, the stand, a removable splash guard and eight colour-coded forks, so nobody is hunting for a missing piece on the night. Cast iron is the reason it works: it holds temperature steadily, so cheese stays smooth instead of splitting and chocolate stays glossy instead of seizing while people talk. The enamel finish cleans up without scrubbing, and the removable guard adapts between cheese, chocolate and hot-oil meat fondue. Oven safe to 500°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction for melting before you bring it to the table. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

This thing is phenomenal!! I’m having a Christmas PJ party in December and thought hot chocolate would be fun but didn’t want to be bothered with the old stovetop method. This machine is all I’d hoped for! I got it early to try it out to be sure it would be suitable. Pour the milk in and let it warm up a bit then pour in your hot chocolate mix and let this beauty work its magic. Smooth, creamy and the perfect drinking temp. This thing even keeps it warm all evening (or however long the chocolate milk lasts ) I’ve got a feeling after the party there will be several new orders coming in from my guests.. Janet.
