Overall, these are durable, and 5-ply, so heat distribution is great and they are built to last. The first time I used them, I got burn marks I couldnt get out. Im hoping time helps with that. Not major, but bothered me and I like them clean and looking like new. The handles are attached with the buttons on the inside of the pans, which can carry different Temps and allow things to stick and require more detailed cleaning than if the buttons were concealed.
