It is recommended to chop the chocolate that needs to be heated, and stir it during the melting process (this one is air dried and heated, with a temperature difference of about plus or minus 5-10 degrees). The melting point of melted food is not higher than 60 degrees, and the machine is not suitable for adjusting the curve. It is suitable for room temperature chocolate and not suitable for temperature adjusted chocolate. The minimum temperature is based on the ambient temperature.
