I bought these stairs for my 20 lb cat who has arthritis and has pain jumping down from the bed. I originally looked at stairs made specifically for cats, but they didn’t seem sturdy enough to support him. These stairs are sturdy, well made, and have held up great. The carpet has also held up really well. My cat uses them every single time he gets off the bed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone with a larger cat (or small dog).. Jessica. USA. The ramp is engineered plywood topped with durable anti-slip padding and holds up to 150 pounds; the bench itself holds up to 250 pounds. The removable cushion is high-density foam wrapped in polyester fiber and covered in a performance-treated fabric that is easy to clean and tested to be PFAS-free.
