I think I received a returned item. The crate did not unfold as per instructions, it was in pieces the hinges were broken bent it’s like someone tried to put it together butchered it sent it back. UPDATE I had an amazing experience with customer service. They immediately promptly issued a replacement fedex came picked up the damaged one. I think these get damaged in transport easily because the new one was almost perfect, it just had a dent in the corner, for which I was offered another replacement but instead I asked for a credit back to which Wayfair agreed to. This kennel came very quickly. It was extremely easy to put together. I have two small dogs that will be housed in it at night. I’m sure they won’t like the change but so be it. I wanted to love this dog crate. I have a larger one from another vendor and it similar. However this one the zippers are flimsy.
