Seems good so far, with some caveats. The door and the frame came in good condition. Unfortunately there are absolutely NO instructions. Other reviewers complained that there were no pre-drilled holes. It took a bit of trying before I figured out how to attach the hinges and drill the holes in the doors and frame. So that was not a problem. However, there are two major problems: 1. There are absolutely no instructions on how to adjust the tension in the hinges. I had to spend a lot of time on youtube to get some information though nothing specific to these particular hinges which are different from what I could see, so, even though my doors are installed, they do not swing perfectly. I asked a builder to take a look and adjust them. 2. There's absolutely nothing for attaching the frame to the wall, not only no pre-drilled holes but no suggestions on how to do it either. In the end I just drilled 3 holes in each frame and screwed them to the wall. You need very long screws as you need to get them through the longest side of the frame. We are buying a single bedroom tiny home. The factory design has a single door that if it swings out, blocks the bathroom and if it swings in, will hit the foot of the bed. We have cats so the door needs to be at least partially open. Because the door is on an angle, a sliding (pocket) door won't work. Bi-fold door rare stand up to heavy use. We really only need a semblance of privacy. A self-closing saloon door! This one is not louvered, matches the other home doors in style and is easily stained (or painted) to match in color.
