I finally got around to installing a new door to my closet, and this one did the trick! The 3 panel solid wood construction with MDF surface finish panels is amazingly beautiful and sure to be durable for many years to come. The installation was easy, but does require some carpentry skill to install the hinges, knob and latch holes, and mount squarely. The Prehung doors took quite a bit to get them up and fitted and screwed in. But they're in and they look good. The prehung part is not a solid frame, but pieces that have to be assembled, screwed together and mounted. We got it done and did 3 doors. It's nice having doors when company comes. I received this door and immediately loved it. I don’t know very much about doors and the considerations to be considered about doors but my daughter locked her puppy in the room and I’ve needed a new door since because in the process of removing the know the other door that I tried to fix was a basic door manufacturer door and just looked horrible.
