Overall I love this sectional. The color is a gorgeous dark bluish gray (it’s darker than it comes through in my photos). This is a very firm sofa, so if you like sofas that you sink into, this isn’t it! I do wish the seats were deeper. It is a more compact sectional, though, so I guess that makes sense. The pull out bed option is great for guests or cozy movie nights. It pulls out nice and smoothly. I also really like the storage under the chaise as well as the middle cushion that folds down with a charger and cup holders. Assembly was pretty easy. This couch is great! The color is stunning, the cushions are full and don’t sink in, and it is very comfortable. The reason for 4 stars is that the back cushions are a little thin, but it sits very deep which is something I was looking for. I also recommend paying the extra 100 for professional assembly. We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious.
