Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. I actually love the sofa. The seats are great but the back rest aren’t. It needs extra throw pillows to make the back rest not be an issue. I’m gonna buy extra throw pillows. Nice couch for what it is. We needed something for the “den/game room” mainly for the kids. No assembly required and took 1-2 days for it to fully come to size. It’s actually pretty heavy and solid with great underside support. The color was a bit off from the website though. Kids really like it.
