Arrived on time and well packaged. One of the chairs appears to have black ink stains on the seat. Opted to keep rather than return, as they came in a set and we needed them immediately. These chairs are great. We are using them in an office that has honey colored desks. The desks are pretty dated so it was challenging to find chairs that would look okay. The legs started to loosen after several months of use. One of the chairs was damaged on arrival but replacement was quickly provided. I recovered the seat cushions (easy DIY project) and they turned out great. Comfortable enough to sit through dinner, but not enough that you want to linger at the table.
