No damage when shipped. A few pieces were missing their labels so I had to figure out what number peice it was. Wasn't that hard. I put together a lot of things and this took me about 5hrs ALONE. I had zero issues putting it together but I took my time and made sure all the pieces were facing the right way. The directions were easy to follow for the most part but NOT for someone who has little to no experience. So far quality is what I expected.
