This vanity was the perfect fit for my teen’s room. It arrived in 2 days. I was nervous at first that it may have been damaged during shipment because the outside of the box had several tears, but there was thick foam in the package to protect all the parts, especially the mirror! Every single part was clearly labeled which took the guess work out of assembly. Other reviews had noted a long build time which I found to be true. Give yourself about 10-12 hours. I invested an extra hour to apply a thin white contact paper to each drawer base before assembly to protect it from any makeup spills. Nice fit for my small space. The instructions are fairly straight forward, only a couple of confusing spots. The quality is mixed. It came out of the box with some scratches. There are spots where the hardware took the finish off even tho we were careful. I used a paint pen to cover it up. It took 2 of us about 4 hours to put it together and we are pretty skilled at assembling things. Recommend using power tools. If you used the hand tools included, it will probably take longer to assemble. Also recommend placing a couple of self sticking felt pads where the top closes on the cabinet. The unit moves a bit when opening and closing the side drawer. I popped a pool noodle behind it until I figure how to keep it more stable. Things I mentioned here are pretty minor IMO. It looks like a quality piece for the price. Instructions are horrible. Multiple times had to go back and switch brackets as they were labeled the same but different lengths. The side drawer is designed to be out and mounted to the desk. The picture is misleading as it appears you cannot securely mount the bottom drawers to the desk so it will always move around on you..
