I had to call to get the delivery scheduled. It seemed to be stalled in strongsville for a number of days. Once I called a delivery date was scheduled. I appreciated the window time for delivery but especially liked that I could follow the delivery. I started out as 10 before me but the system kept me informed as to the delivery truck location.
