Steps are ok for many uses. Putting them together was a bit tricky. The worst part was the tallest step to put together. Had to use a small flat screwdriver to pry open the metal to allow the step to go in place. Overall, it was not too bad to finish. Now the Part for me that is "Deceiving" is the description. To me "ROLLING" means they have castors/wheels. Nope none to be found. I had initially got these with the intent of rolling it around to paint & do other household chores. So for now dragging it on a moving blanket is my only answer, unless my husband is willing to drill holes in the legs somehow & put on wheels. Wish they had used a different description.. Cheryl. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. Our four-step stair is a multi-functional outdoor/indoor swim spa staircase. With a single railing that can be attached on either side, allowing you to orient the steps in any direction. The four-step stair can be used as a spa ladder, access step in the house or garage, or for multiple other purposes. The four-step stair is made of Ultra wood which looks and feels like wood but is made of a high-quality synthetic composite material that is maintenance-free and environmentally friendly.
