It takes about 15 minutes to fill with hot shower water and there is about an inch of water left when emptying that requires me to turn it on its side a bit , not difficult. As I am 5 ft and weigh 125 I fit easily and have a couple of inches to spare! I get in and out carefully using shower rails that I already have.So far I have used it twice in the evening and my body feels so relaxed and then I sleep well!
