I am a 90yr old woman with muscle aches and pains that need a good hot soak in a tub with lavender salts and a bubble or two, but in my small apartment in a senior living building in LA all I had was a large shower. It didn't come with the connectors to make it work with a chiller unit. I had to go to a plumber and get them separately. Then the tub had a leak where the seam wasn't sealed properly. The quality of the floor and walls was much nicer than the spa it replaced. The control unit is quiet and runs perfectly. I especially like the inflatable cover which greatly exceeds the flimsy cloth covers of the past. As you can tell from my review, I bought this model to replace another model from another supplier (not Wayfair) whose control unit failed after only one season of use.
