This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. The corduroy fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the couch feels substantial without looking bulky. Having a home with pets, I needed something that could be comfortable and livable while still looking beautiful. This checks all of those boxes.
