36 Inch Range

This Café's commercial-style range is inspired by professional kitchens, so you can entertain crowds of any size. Enjoy unmatched versatility with a cooktop that has it all, from Inspiral and multi-ring burners that evenly heat any cookware to griddle zone burners—the perfect grilling accessory. The Caterer’s oven fits a full-size catering pan and comes complete with precision cooking modes and an accompanying temperature probe for stunning results, no matter the dish.

For our kitchen remodel we were looking to change to a 36" range, and evaluated many models available. Based on looks and features, we decided to go with the Café model. It has only been in use for 3 weeks so far, but we love the burners and the spacious oven. Having connectivity to the phone is great as well. Looking forward to getting the Turkey Gobbler feature loaded before we cook our next turkey. The range looks great in the middle of our kitchen and serves as a focal point behind the island.. Egbh. The Bosch industrial-style range combines a commercial look with powerful features that are designed to perform.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finish and appearance is awesome. Used for a month or two so far. Performance, what i expect for the price...great! Burners are true (no weird flames) and oven does what it should. I must say...the oven light...OMG...awesome! (not just because its new glass....very bright...love it!). I like that it sits on feet and is elevated...can clean beneath. Love the digital display however............ Easy to command an oven temp and the "status bar" on the warm-up is cute and mildly useful. Great preheat chime! The next level/money play would be to have a separate "active/real-time" temperature display to see what's actually going on....that would be amazing.... Final "finishing touch" would be to make the oven function selector labels BIGGER! So that you don't need glasses to read....minor point but would be valuable. Overall....VERY PLEASED with this oven.. Robert Petty. Sun Sep 20 2026

The Wayfair app is wonderful. My account was updated continuously which allowed me to track my new 36" range. It was so exciting and it actually came a day early, and was close to the beginning of the 4 hour delivery window. I was called day before, morning of, and received text from the actual delivery team informing me of the ETA. The delivery team was very efficient and professional. They opened my range so I could inspect it, and placed it exactly where I wanted it so I could install the appliance cord and slide it in place. I LOVE my new range! I would certainly recommend Wayfair to anyone looking for special order items with reliable delivery. PERFECT!. Doug. Springfield, VA. Fri Oct 09 2026

A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. I upgraded from a standard builder-grade range and the difference is night and day. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burner sears steaks like a steakhouse — real crust, not gray meat — while the 1,000 BTU simmer burner keeps sauces at a gentle bubble without scorching. That range of control is the single biggest upgrade to my cooking. The details are what sold me long-term. Auto-reignition has already saved dinner twice when a draft blew out a low flame. The FlameAware LED indicator means I never have to guess which burner is on. The convection oven bakes evenly across two racks — no more rotating cookie sheets — and the telescopic racks make pulling out a heavy Dutch oven effortless. With kids in the house, the triple-layer glass door matters: the outside stays cool even at 500°F. Cleanup is genuinely easy — sealed burners, ceramic-coated cooktop, and the blue oven interior all wipe down in minutes. It also came with the LP/NG conversion kit in the box, and the 5-year parts-and-labor warranty plus lifetime burner warranty sealed the decision. If you actually cook every day, this is the range to buy.. Bobo Tung. Sun Sep 27 2026

Love this range! There is a learning curve with the oven in particular, it cooks WAY faster than directions tell you, our 20 pound turkeys roast in 2-3 hours instead of 4-5, but are cooked perfectly and remain juicy!. Dana. Saint Johns, FL. Sun Apr 26 2026

This 36-inch gas range is built for North American home cooks, featuring 6 powerful surface burners (9000-18000 BTU) for everything from gentle simmering to quick searing. The oven adds versatility with convection bake, roast, infrared broil, defrost, and dehydration modes, plus it comes with essential accessories like oven racks, a baking pan, and an LP conversion kit for flexible gas use. It’s designed for easy cleaning, safety, and seamless fit with standard kitchen cabinetry.

Beautiful stove. At first I was worried it might get damaged during shipping—I hate scratches—but it arrived perfectly intact. The packaging was really sturdy. Love it. Im planning to invite family over for a housewarming party in a few days, and this stove is more than sufficient. Its super convenient for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously, and the heat output is ample. The oven functions are standard—it has all the necessary features without anything particularly special. Fortunately, the oven has a large capacity, and the interior details are well-crafted with top-notch quality. They even threw in a baking tray for free. For this purchase, Id give it five stars..
