The Wayfair app is wonderful. My account was updated continuously which allowed me to track my new 36" range. It was so exciting and it actually came a day early, and was close to the beginning of the 4 hour delivery window. I was called day before, morning of, and received text from the actual delivery team informing me of the ETA. The delivery team was very efficient and professional. They opened my range so I could inspect it, and placed it exactly where I wanted it so I could install the appliance cord and slide it in place. I LOVE my new range! A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Slide-In Range has been a great upgrade for our kitchen. It has a clean, modern look, but what I've appreciated most is how well it performs during everyday cooking. The cooktop heats quickly and gives me plenty of space to use multiple pots and pans without feeling crowded. The illuminated knobs are a thoughtful feature because it's easy to tell when a burner is on at a glance. I've also enjoyed using the SmartThings app, which lets me monitor the oven remotely and sends helpful notifications when preheating is complete or cooking is finished. The built-in Air Fry feature and convection oven have both worked well, giving us consistently great results while saving counter space by eliminating the need for another appliance. Overall, it's a dependable range with practical features that make cooking easier and more enjoyable.. Zelda24. Spanaway. Fri Jul 03 2026

This range is beautiful and has had zero issues with daily use for about 18 months now. Cleans easily and is heavy duty. I love the large size of the oven. Can fit 4 standard casserole dishes at the same time. The only thing I would improve is the dials for the burners. They are plastic instead of metal.. Anonymous. Huntsville, TX. Mon Sep 21 2026
