I opted for the green chairs and we love them! The kids love how comfortable they are. These chairs are a full seat allowing for those who are fuller at the bottom to sit comfortably. They are light and not heavy at all. Putting them together was relatively easy. Initially, there was a gap between the high back portion of the chair and the chair leg that rests on the back of the chair. However, loosening, realigning and tightening the screws towards the end fixed the problem. It helps to have two people but construction can be completed with one person. This one hurts. We just moved from out of state, found a house, did renovations and found stools we LOVED!!! Once they were assembled, sadly they were too full for our island, even though we measured so carefully. They sat nicely together, but no room for us to sit comfortably with four people. Counter stool that offers excellent comfort with a beautiful look. The shape of the back makes this stool a joy to sit in while enjoying friends and family.

These are very nice sturdy chairs. They do not seem very wide so I am not sure a large person would be comfortable on them. I love the leather. The picture is pretty accurate as far as the coloring of the wood and seat. I am happy with them. They are not big and bulky..
